DAY 1
AROMAS, FLAVORS, AND SPIRITUAL CONNECTION
Your adventure begins at 5:30 AM, where a 4×4 vehicle will pick you up at your hotel or meeting point agreed upon. We will go to Cooagronevada, a cooperative of small producers of coffee, cocoa and organic honey. Here, you'll be immersed in the history of the region and enjoy a coffee tasting exceptional, guided by experts in tasting that will reveal the secrets of our flagship product, Colombia.
From Cooagronevada, you will drive to the Farm, The Beach, a farm, self-sustaining that you will be greeted with a delicious breakfast. Before you start the trek, you will have the opportunity for a refreshing swim in its natural pool, a prelude perfect for trekking.
The journey of approximately two hours will take you to Bonkuany, a place steeped in a silence that invites the spiritual refreshment with the ancestors Tayronas. Here, you'll be able to spend an hour in meditation or the practice of yoga, absorbing the energy of this sacred site.
After this experience, revitalising, we will head to a nearby restaurant to enjoy a lunch with an unparalleled view of the Parque Tayrona. At the end, we will be staying at our campsite. If you wish, you will have the option of returning to the Bonkuany for the afternoon to explore not only the small lost city, but also a natural swimming pool hidden in the middle of the forest, perfect to relax before returning to the camp.
DAY 2
DECLINE IN TROPICAL AND MEETING WITH THE INDIAN CULTURE
The second day begins at 6:30 AM with an aromatic coffee and the preparation of the backpacks. We enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant of Bonkuany before beginning the descent. The route will take us through a tropical forest, passing through small farms, peasant, until you reach the River Stones. Here, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in about 30 minutes, recharging energies before a rise of 30 minutes, followed a decline of one hour up to the picturesque village of Calabazo where we made a delicious lunch that will give us enough energy to continue.
From Calabazo, we will begin the expedition to Town Teykú, a fascinating journey of five miles at moderate pace towards the heart of the Tayrona Park. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich cultural heritage of the communities, Kogui, Wiwa, Arhuacos and Kankuamos. Through an exchange of knowledge, explore their ancestral beliefs and customs, connecting with nature in an atmosphere of peace and serenity. These peoples, guardians of the Sierra Nevada mountains for centuries, they have promoted the care and respect for nature through their traditions.
Finally, from Town Teykú, we will continue four more miles to finish the evening in the spectacular Beach of Cape San Juan in the Guide. You'll enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the Caribbean sea and spend the night camping there, putting the finishing touch to this unforgettable adventure.

Physical preparation: This trek is demanding. It is essential to have a good physical condition to enjoy it to the fullest. Considered hiking the pre-and cardiovascular exercises.
